After doing the active relaxation techniques actually felt more relaxed and less stressed out. The techniques helped me feel more calm and less stressed because lately Iââ¬â¢ve been stressed about school and getting a job. Iââ¬â¢m definitely going to start doing active relaxation more often especially every time start to feel anxious or stressed out and know that itââ¬â¢s really going to help me when it comes time to take midterms and final exams and I know itââ¬â¢s going to help me not get headaches as often. Another thing is that Iââ¬â¢ve noticed I have more energy now than I used to before.
